Through Thrive Partnerships we bridge the gap between young people and employers/ training providers. By working with organisations committed to inclusion we provide opportunities to connect with potential employers via live events and accessible resources
We work closely with employers who are committed to building a more diverse and inclusive workforce. One of the key ways we facilitate this is through interactive live engagement events, where young people can connect directly with inclusive employers. These events provide a unique opportunity for students to explore different industries, hear first-hand from professionals, and ask questions in a safe and supportive environment. By giving young people the chance to engage in meaningful conversations, these sessions help to break down barriers and inspire confidence in taking the next step towards employment.
We believe that career guidance should be engaging, informative, and easy to access. That’s why we provide a growing collection of accessible resources designed to support young people at different skill levels. Our YouTube channel is regularly updated with a range of content, including inspiring real-life success stories, insights into different career paths, and guidance from employers, further education providers, and training organisations. These resources help young people explore their options independently and at their own pace, ensuring they feel empowered to pursue a career that aligns with their aspirations and abilities.

We also work directly with employers to help them improve and adapt their recruitment processes, ensuring they attract and retain a wider pool of diverse talent. Through a consultative approach, we support businesses in identifying and overcoming barriers to inclusivity, from adjusting job descriptions and application processes to ensuring interview techniques and workplace environments are more accessible. By collaborating with Thrive, employers can gain valuable insights into best practices for recruiting and supporting employees with differing needs, ultimately fostering a more diverse, skilled, and engaged workforce.
